Jeans, jackets, shoes, dresses, t-shirts, shirts, bags, accessories, and more!
Styles we love include athletic wear, athleisure, Y2K, casual men’s/women’s, workwear, vintage, and pop culture.

Items must be clean, gently used, and in sellable condition.
Please ensure everything is freshly laundered, fully dried, and folded neatly before drop-off.
We do not accept items on hangers or in trash bags.

Commonly accepted: Clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories
Not accepted: Damaged, stained, odorous, overly worn, or broken items
Seasonal preference applies (e.g., no winter coats in summer)

💼 How It Works

Book an Appointment
All buyout sessions must be scheduled online in advance. Walk-ins may not be accepted due to high volume.

Bring Your Items In
Limit 2 bags or bins per appointment.
No trash bags or hangers — use reusable shopping bags or plastic storage bins.

In-Store Assessment
Our team will evaluate your items during your scheduled time (typically 30–45 minutes).
You may wait in-store or return once your quote is ready.
Only items meeting resale standards will be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline items at our discretion.

Pickup Reminder
If unaccepted items are not picked up by store close (8PM), they will be subject to donation we will try and coordinate with you twice for a pick-up time before the items are donated.
Sellers are responsible for retrieving any unaccepted items.

🕒 Appointment & Time Policy

Appointments run 30–45 minutes, depending on volume

There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Missed this window? Your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Large hauls may require prior coordination — please reach out if you expect to bring more than the standard limit.

🧼 Item Preparation Checklist

✅ Items are clean, freshly laundered, and dry
✅ Items are folded, not on hangers
✅ Dropped off in reusable bags or clean plastic bins
❌ No odors, heavy wear, stains, or pet hair
❌ No trash bags or loosely packed clothing
🚫 Unprepared items may be postponed or declined on intake
