Seller Policy
1. Overview
At FOUND, we provide sellers with a streamlined and fair process to sell their items. By checking in items for sale, sellers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Check-In Process

Sellers must check in their items in person at our location during designated buying hours/ Appointment Window.

All items will be evaluated on the spot for condition, style, and resale potential.

We reserve the right to decline any items that do not meet our current buying criteria.
3. Offer Notification

Once items are evaluated, an offer will be made to the seller.

Sellers will be notified via [text message} when their offer is ready for review.
4. Payment

Payments for accepted offers will be issued at the time of acceptance, via [cash or store credit], as specified in the offer.
5. Abandoned Items

Items left past close (7pm) without an accepted offer are not the responsibility of FOUND. We will not store, track, or guarantee the return of abandoned items.
6. Policy Agreement
By checking in items for sale, sellers acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to abide by this Seller Policy.
